Sorry for the long delay.  Specifically what I'm talking about are the little green markers shown after running "Schematic Electric Rules Check". That little green marker on the left side of R4 represents an error after running "Schematic Electric Rules Check".  My belief is it represents no connection between the wire and the component.  I'm trying to learn how to remove all these markers.
