kidc returns a successful status code of 0 even when a source template
has errors. If this happens from within a makefile it won't therefore
exhibit  the desirable behaviour of terminating the make run. I've
attached a patch to make kidc more make-friendly by returning a status
code of 65 (as suggested by /usr/include/sysexits.h) whenever any of
the sources have errors.
