It should in fact show all errors. Each file is processed and the
results are anded together, only after which is the error status code
returned if there hasn't been overall success. Did it do otherwise for
you?

I realised I was asking print_result  to do more than its remit and so
I've moved the code for determining whether a file succeeded into its
own function. Revised patch attached.
