Robin,

I use geocities and iname for my incoming mail. My regular e-mail addy is
a router that forwards all messages to my other server. Unforgettable.com
is a sub-router for the iname.com server. It forwards to geocities.com.
For my outgoing mail, I use only iname.com. When I get to school in June,
I will be getting another SMTP server. Why do you ask?

Trish,

The periods in your poem are fine. All you need are some imagery, perhaps
some rhyme and meter from time to time, and a little imagination and
passion . . . and you have a poem. Your poem is good enough. As you
wanted some criticism, here is what I think . . .

Some of the imagery is hard to follow, though that does not mean anything
about it being good or bad. Many poems are written where the imagery and
alliteration are meant only for the writer. Note, I am NOT a literary
critic.

When you say "Not even sreaming angels." Do you mean screaming?

You have a very good flow for the structure use. You have a good title,
and your first line makes classic use of the feelings of life. Finally, I
can see some of the archival links to the various stories and rhymes and
fantasy treasure boxes of old. You make fascinating use of the ideas.

One thing you might try to keep in mind when you write, however, is that
your poetry is either meant for the public . . . or it is not. If it is
meant to be public, then it should not overuse private references that no
one but you will understand. It took me a while to learn this, and I still
write for a select audience. It is easier to write without regard to
anyone but your own heart. Try to use more illusion and imagery that is
common to understanding. Raindrops and roses and the beating of the heart
are common things that we understand. Now, i'm not saying that you didn't
do this . . . I'm just not a good critic. These are just my brief
opinions. Feel free to railroad me and tell me that opinions stink . . .
