Yep :) kaso, gina-apil na siya sa mga companies as a qualification although optional, pero naka butang "MCSE Preferred", "CCNA Preferred", "RHCE Preferred", "Novell CLP Preferred", or whatever certification :). Bisan ug nakabutang "preferred", pero when you apply, the "preferred" becomes "a must"... I applied for a company here in CDO one time, I lost out to an MCSE... but then again, perhaps the best man won :)
