here's the error page on zabyer.org that is displayed when using firefox without the useragent switcher extension:
http://bit.ifastnet.com/xu_mozilla_block.png I'm just confused because Firefox is disallowed, while other browsers like Opera and Safari are allowed. And there is no explanation why Firefox is singled out as an "unsupported" browser therefore "disallowing" users to visit the site using Firefox. It would have been great for other users who might be confused to receive a little explanation regarding this, don't you think? Perhaps it may start out like: "Due to a problem/vulnerability with blah-blah module of Firefox trying to extinguish the fire on this site, the site will temporarily not accept browsing from Firefox. Please refer to bug #12345 at http://somebugs.com for details." Or it might even go: "This site is using <substitute this>l33t markup code</substitute this> and might be causing problems when viewed with Firefox. We will be suspending Firefox support temporarily until this is fixed. For the mean time, please use IE, Opera, Safari or other browsers not affected by this disease." All else, the site is great. I love the colors, pretty much nicely done. Keep it up! Just my one cent. On 2/20/07, hard wyrd <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
I am using firefox and I can visit the site zabyer.org properly. However, I fooled the zabyer server in a way, because I used the UserAgent Switcher extension for Firefox ^_^ . You can get the extension at addons.mozilla.org and try it for yourself. make sure you set your useragent as "IE 6 (Windows XP)" I really dont know why Zabyer.org restricts Mozilla Firefox. Is there something wrong with the code?
