There's no way (as a client) that I'm giving you control on how to secure my
computer. And there's no easy way to ask a client to do so. In a way, you'd
be invading my privacy by taking control of my pc's security. We can only do
security on our end, that's why antivirus sells and virus writers profit(?)

Our jobs (as web developers, or sysad) is not to secure their pc, but to
secure the data once it reaches our servers. That's why browsers has levels
of security that users can customize. User awareness is better than
overpowering user's security practices or controls.
