as i noticed, off-topics are the most number of hits kay maka-relate man ang tanan... as you noticed, even ga-lurk na mga tawo for how many years/months, mogawas gani if off-topic becoz bibo.... even i, i only reply most sa off-topics kay lingaw.. doesn't mean kalingawan ang klug but somehow sa discussion sa off-topic (basta wala bikil) naa man pod ka ma-learn... i usually reply to PHP and MySQL (FOSS) discussion kay mao rani akong ma-relate na mga topic... (maybe karon perl napod) and i beliv that kasagaraan diri kay mao rapod ilang basic skills. i ask rarely about linux kay ulaw jud sya ipangutana... (i rather ask one on one sa president kay dili kaayo ulaw. hehehe) unlike FOSS discussion, daghan mo-reply than linux discussion... i know linux community ni but... situational: i ask for help about linux tutorials, installation, and basics about linux for the website of KLUG... nawala nalang ang website sa klug, wala jud bisan isa ni-reply ato and wala jud nagbali-bali. i know the website is not that good... but open man pod mi ato sa inyo... motabang mo or something. but wala man nag-action or nagpakita na intersado motabang... naa man gani reply, URL gihatag.. ask gani mi na inyong experience jud... pero wala jud naghatag na ilang experience or sila jud naghimo sa article... sa akong experience ato na na-happen, duwa-duwa nako ask or post sa klug. somehow, i want to ask about how to setup dhcp server using centos, setup my own server, port forwarding, and etc... but hadlok sya kay langawon akong post. if naa man galing mo-reply, 2 to 5 replies ra.. pero ang gi-post kay URL ra then sometimes ang URL kay wala sulod or incomplete or wala didto ang gipangita... for me, klug is my last resort... if makita pa sa google, google nalang sa... if wala na... klug or sa president. :) *storya lang ko sa akong experience diri... :) peace... no hard feelings sa akong gisapotan pod atong ni-aging adlaw... maka-init man ang topic na invasion of privacy... mura ra na ug storya na -- imo ko gisumbag, akong amahan gani wala ka-sumbag... ---- tag-iya gani la reklamo, kamo pa hinoon... :) so past nato... lets make a new beginning...* proposal of master matt might bring a better outcome... i beliv na mas maayo jud na ma split... than maglalis na LUG discussion only... i know this is for LUG.. aware ko. pero dili man nato malikayan na maka-reply ta sa off-topic. sorry sa akong gisapotan niagi adlaw... gomenasai... :) =============== On 3/30/07, Kristopher Julius Alcordo <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
