regarding Japanese languange proficiency... most head hunter or at least the japanese "middleman" are looking for software engineers(another fancy term for progemmers) who can speak japanese. Experience is not an issue to them, since they are confident that you already have the experience.. ang language nalang ang ilang gipangita from you
