ask lng diay pud ko tuod ani..mag program ka ba sa lain na country. ang ilang pag coding in English ba?!? or sa ila na language?!?... x^_^

Not sure... sa Japan kay english man gihapon.. wala pa ko kakita ug reserved word or keyword in japanese :D
although, most sa ilang mga source code comments kay in kanji...

not unless naay programming language na ang encoding/charset/font for the reserved word/ketywords kay non-us-ascii... (for example cyrllic or chinese characters or worst, egyptian heiroglyphics ) So kung wala ka ato na char-set dili nimo ma view ang code nila in ur editor.. either squares lang na or question marks or assorted garbage characters.. and you would custom-mapped keyboards to input the underlying character sequences for the symbols
:D

but who would want to create a programming language that only a few can speak(code)? elitists?
too security-conscious ppl? CIA?
