the OLPC laptop uses a modified Red Hat system with a Sugar UI. However,
looking at the various video shots, screenshots and what not of the demo
OLPC, I dont think it will be condusive enough for a child to use and learn.
The Sugar UI is pretty much designed to be used by 2-3 year olds and not
much for ages beyond that.

I would rather let my baby use Edubuntu than use the OLPC.
