Man, that's tough. But I can understand that those consultants are only doing their job, though, and would rather get paid than dabble in anything else than what their employers would feed them anyway. Good jobs are hard to come by, especially in this country. I'm just being the devil's advocate here but, unless you work for some big open source consultancy outfit here, OSS doesn't pay.
