Yes. Two servers are now running Xen at one local telco. SLES10 SP1 hosts on two machines, with 1 SLES10 SP1 guest per machine providing NAT, DNS, Proxy, Web services.
I won't be naming the company. However, if you have the "clue" which telco, you can ask their techs :). Bottomline answer is YES.
