try to use BartPE, it' pretty much a useful tool ive tried it before but it doesn't cure everything some of the common viruses Yes! most of the time it works! :D
hmm regarding your registry you can manually activate it back if you want , Start -> Run i(f naa pa cya, ug ala na apil igo sa VIRUX! hehe)-> gpedit.msc-> User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Prevent access to registry editing tools -> Right Click Properties -> Disabled sometimes even though youve regained your control on regedit, some virus shut it down again. so i guess you will need all the artillery chuva available. the tools mentioned above works!
