i'm not very good with linux but im learning it bit by bit.

i can only suggest that you have try to use linux distibution which is more
comportable to you.
you also use webmin if you want to administer linux systems and from time to
time try to do task by CLI to improve your skill as much as possible.

webmin will guide you to how the system should work and make it easy to
configure each services but there are time thing can only be done under CLI.

just to keep you going start with ubuntu and install webmin but as much as
possible learn unix commands as this will also keep you starting on CLI
config.
