@jason Sorry, i was confused with your question before, here is a more clearer answer.
If we assume that the end of line character is represented in text files as <eof> then with the following text the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. in reality the text above will be saved in the following format: the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.<eof>the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.<eof>the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.<eof>the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.<eof>the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.<eof>the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.<eof>the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.<eof> so you see, everything is actually saved in one straight line no matter how many characters there are in one row. this goes the same with every file we use, may it be text, binary or executable. its the application that renders it with lines but its actually stored in one single line. -- How many people can read hex if only you and dead people can read hex?
