Job title : Sr. Performance tester Location : Eagan, MN Contract Length : 12 Months Descriptions: Need a Sr. performance tester who has the ability to set performance strategy. Experience with tools in addition to Silk performer - MUST HAVE. Needs to be able to look at test issues, determine a solution and implement, in Silk or other tools. Need to be able to evaluate other tools to solve test challenges. Must be a self starter and be effective with little direction. Senior Software Test Engineer to assist in the development & implementation of performance test a test solutions for a multi-tiered web application . Proven ability to develop and implement performance testing solutions in a black box and white box manner.. . At least 3 years of object orientated development experience. . At least 3 years using an off the shelf performance testing tool (Silk Performer). . Experience utilizing SQL reporting services to report results . . Flexibility in approach. Equal ability to work on the technical and non-technical aspects of software testing. . Strong communication and collaboration skills. Must have the ability to present solutions to technical and non-technical project members. . Experience working in an agile development process is a plus.
