*Job Description:*
· Develop customized framework to enable IBM Workload Simulator (WSIM)
to interoperate between CICS/COBOL 3270 applications and WebSphere browser
based software.
· Design and develop WSim STL framework that interacts with WSim Base
language testing.
· Analyze and code major WSim testing functions, XFIO, Wait/Post,
TN3270, TCP, FTP and other associated functions.
· Customize WSim MQ driver components
· MQ loadlibs/ Rexx loadlibs/ ISPF Dialogs
· Custom WSim toolkit using best practices in a STL framework
· Build WSim dashboard monitor / operations panel / debugger
· Design to capture both workstation transactions and MQ data flows
*Testing:*
· Establish multi-protocol testing (SNA, TCP, FTP, MQ)
· Establish end to end testing using 3270, HTTP/TCP and MQ
· Provide onsite and offsite support
*Required Skills:*
· The candidate should possess 7-8 years of current hands-on
experience with WSIM testing and Simulation and Test Language (STL):
· Expert knowledge for structured translator language (STL)
· Experience with developing STL and WSIM base language and associated
scripting.
· Expert knowledge with HTTP, MQ, 3270 Screens, Websphere,
Documentation for testing procedures, WSim base language and STL.
· Good knowledge of the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Documentation and Technical writing skills, including experience
authoring white papers.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
