OS Fundamentals - Practical knowledge/experience with: * MVS/JES2 in a Sysplex * TSO/ISPF usage * SDSF * JCL * CA-1 (TMS) * CA-7 / CA-11 * File editing * HMC usage * System IPL * Address space dumps * Multiple Image Manager (MIM) * Initiating Stand Alone Dump * Tivoli monitoring (Omegamon) It is helpful for experience/skills in: * CICS * IMS * DB2 * WebSphere MQ * Logical Partitioning (Lpar) * Tivoli monitoring * Virtual tape * Networking (SNA & TCP/IP) * Midrange (UNIX, Linux, Windows Server) Functional experience with MS Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
