Position: Siebel CRM Business Analyst
Location(State/city):Connecticut CT/STAMFORD
Duration: 6+ months
Required Details:
· Provide in-depth functional knowledge of the Siebel marketing module,
including Email Campaigns and metrics
· Support project through the analysis, design and development phases
· Work in partnership with our Gartner Siebel BA and Gartner project team on
all tasks
· Contribute, prepare for and support analysis with the business team,
including; analysis sessions, gap analysis, process and workflow identification
and documentation
· Contribute to and develop project requirements
· Contribute to and develop current process documentation, to-be process and
workflow documentation, and data analysis documentation as needed
· Contribute to and develop use cases and test cases
· Contribute to the planning and conducting of Conference Room Pilot sessions
and User Acceptance testing as needed
· Participate as full project team member - attending key meetings and
contributing to success of project
Skills -
· Expected number of years experience - 6-7 years
Siebel experience with minimum of 3-4 years large marketing implementation
· Functional Knowledge of Siebel Marketing Module, Email campaigns
· Proven track record with projects using Siebel Marketing Module,
specifically email campaigns and associated metrics/reporting
· Ability to effectively communicate with technical and business teams
members
. Ability to identify business processes and map them to Siebel processes
