Position: Oracle Apps DBA Location(State/city):New Jersey NJ/Others Duration: 6+ months Required Details: Job Responsibilities: * Responsible for service level availability for all production and non-production environments. * Responsible for solving support issues for assigned Service Requests. * Responsible for completing all support requests in a timely manner. * Responsible for documenting all work in a clear and concise fashion. * Responsible for maintaining communications for daily activities with Technical Lead. * Responsible for providing Second-Tier Support for Oracle 11i Environment. Required Oracle e-Business Suite Skills and Knowledge * Improve data management and access through the use of existing and new methods, tools, and technologies. * Develop and implement the policies, technical procedures & standards for preserving the integrity and security of Oracle Applications data, reports, and access. * Assist project teams with applying standards and resolving integration issues. * Monitor and optimize the performance of Oracle applications & database as a unit. * Design and configure concurrent managers and work shifts. * Register custom applications, menus, forms, and programs. * Must have hands on experience in Oracle 11i Cloning techniques. * Oracle Rapid Install, AutoConfig & Rapid Clone experience. * Monitor concurrent manager jobs to optimize performance and throughput.
