Description This is a strictly Performance Testing role with solid LoadRunner experience absolute MUST. This is a senior hands on role. This position is moving fast. The ideal candidate will have strong performance/ load/ stress testing hands on experience for complex applications and different technologies. Candidate should be able to work in fast paced environment handling multiple performance projects with challenging deadlines. Minimum Requirements: • Strong 6+ years experience with Performance/Stress/Load testing in a Windows2k/Linux environment with HP*s LoadRunner/ Performance center. • Strong experience developing Load testing scripts using VUGen with protocols like HTTP, ODBC, .NET, SOAP & JAVA. • Strong working knowledge of various system performance monitoring utilities such as perfmon and performance center v9 or higher. • Strong experience in both distributed and mainframe performance testing. • Strong experience in performance prototyping, bottleneck analysis, statistical analysis, capacity modeling, performance driven design, profiling, performance testing, availability management, and troubleshooting. • Proven ability to collect performance baseline data and to do initial root cause analysis based on performance testing data • Must be able to collect and analyze results, producing performance report and sizing model for production planning • Strong experience of enterprise architecture and technologies like web services, web, database, middleware/ messaging and mainframe. • Strong experience with Websphere, SQL Server, DB2, .NET & JAVA applications. • Solid understanding of SDLC & QA practice and methodologies. • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills • Must be able to contribute in a team environment • Must be detail-oriented • 4 year degree or equivalent experience is required • Experience with business support software applications such as MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project & Visio) required Desired Skills: * Financial experience * Experience creating performance models using industry standard tools.
