Mail system architecture and engineering experience on Exchange 2007. Utilize Remedy ticketing system to monitor production ticket queue and resolve tickets. Escalate issues to management as they arise. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Exchange 2007. After hours support for production deployments as required. Troubleshooting and resolving problems with enterprise messaging infrastructure. After hours pager/phone support for production systems. Interface with users and management to resolve day-to-day issues and capacity planning for future growth.
