Position Description: Experience Level: 7-10 years technical
background and 5-6 years directly related web experience.
Develops and implements complex internet and intranet applications on
one or more platforms. Acts as an escalation point for production
troubleshooting guidance; provides training and mentoring to less
experienced developers. May perform website and portal monitoring.
Uses knowledge of web technologies to lead projects resulting in
functional enhancements of web-based applications. Evaluates systems
specifications for client web site requirements, leads design
presentations, influences direction and implements the most efficient
and cost-effective software/package solution. Coordinates with systems
partners outside the group and oversees contractors on projects.
Performs web-enabled database development and module design. Uses
programming tools to write scripts. Performs web security activities
and participates in security planning. This is an exciting opportunity

Must be an expert in the SAP External Service Management area. Should
have an understanding of the business processes related to the
services and service procurement and its integration with other work
streams.
Should have hands on experience in configuration and should have been
involved in 3 to 4 full cycles of SAP implementation. Demonstrate in
depth understanding of key business processes in the area of Services
Should be able to understand systems requirements, lead design
workshops, identify gaps , prototype and recommend solutions,
coordinate on/off shore delivery of configuration - Establish detailed
plans for configuration activities
Should have in depth SAP knowledge in service procurement area which
includes service masters, service catalogs, model service
specifications, procurement of services(service contracts, service
purchase orders and framework orders), account assignment for
services, services entry sheets, service acceptance and invoice
verification for services
Prior experience in maintaining time entry through CATS is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
