This resource must have experience working on projects that involve collaboration with business process owners and developers to design a custom and global Manager Self Service solution for long term incentive (stock award) planning. Will be responsible as the functional analyst to: Facilitate requirements gathering with business process owners Document detailed design for technical development Create and execute system testing scripts Assist with defining and executing user acceptance testing Provide input into project status, communications, and training content Drive to effective decision making, issue resolution, project timeline and deliverables Must have PeopleSoft HRMS experience.
