POSITION: Junior Netezza Developer for ETL-to-NZ SQL Conversion (1 position)

Essential Job Functions:
• Netezza development support for QA
Perform defect fixes to existing NZ-load and NZ-SQL scripts
Incumbent would report to the QA team lead
Required Skills:
1-2 years experience with writing and unit testing complex Netezza scripts
Ability to read and understand Informatica mappings to the extent that
functionality can be ported to Netezza (where necessary)
Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to engage both team and
client SMEs for clarification of requirements
Excellent written and oral communication skills

IT Business Analyst with financial knowledge and experience in
gathering functional requirements for implementing actual, commitment
and cost forecasting for engineering and construction projects, and
translating functional requirements into systems functionalities with
defined business logic. Ideal candidate would have experience in
gathering requirements for developing application in .NET framework,
identifying master data, developing use cases, developing business
process and workflow using UML, developing state transition diagrams
using Visio, defining user interfaces, user defined fields and
reporting requirements, data mapping and conversion, application
interface and data integration requirements, identifying gaps and gap
closure alternatives, as well as conducting risk and impact analysis.
Excellent communication and written skills are required. Position
will be the liaison between the business community and the developers.
