Need: Java / JSF Developer
Max Bill rate is $40 per hour
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Developers will be responsible for the design, development, unit
testing and maintenance of web based applications created for BCBSF
business partners. The developer should be able to write detailed
technical specifications, identify integration points, and review
technical specs created by other developers within the team and across
interfacing teams. Ensure sufficient quality and compliance of
documentation to architectural standards. Assist technical team with
defining configuration for installing products.
Must have an advanced demonstrated proficiency using Rational Software
Architect 7, J2EE 5, Java Server Faces, EJB 3.0, SQL, and OR Mapping
frameworks. Must have a solid understanding of the UDB database,
database methodology and systems integration.

Responsible for the detail design documentation, development, unit
testing and maintenance of Java J2EE applications that support the
Diamond Claims application. The Job duties include the creation of
design models using design patterns and storing those design models in
the Rational tool set. Java Code development based on the design
models for a service oriented architecture to process claims using an
oracle based Diamond rules engine. Prepare and execute Developer Test
plans(Unit tests) to ensure the quality of the application prior to
system test. Provide support to troubleshoot defects that are found in
system test. Provide support to troubleshoot defects that are found in
production.
