Activities include helping to gather requirements, define tagging specs, and work with application development teams to implement tags. The majority of the work will be with Coremetrics . Create and maintain a dictionary for existing tags that contains tag type, location, contact team and person, and definition . Create a business process for the addition of new tags. Tags can be added directly to the applications by non MI dev teams; this requires a very strong MI role to lead a process that ensures standardization but does not impede rapidly evolving business need . Assist business power users in creating reports, and occasionally create custom reports / dashboards . Sign off on data quality for all tags before they are released in production. . Eventually this role will be help to create an MI web metrics strategy, but the immediate need to fill a gap in supporting an application. Requirements: 1) Basic familiarity with web infrastructure and web reporting applications a) Coremetrics knowledge a significant plus but not required 2) Ability to create and manage business process in the dynamic, aggressive direct environment 3) Ability to independently coordinate with dev and test teams outside of MI 4) Knowledge of SQL & DB concepts a plus, but not required. 5) Strong communication skills with capability to interact and manage different stakeholders.
