Key Skills/Requirements: 6+ Years SAP Training Experience, preferably across multiple core modules eg SAP FI-CO,SD,WM,MM etc . The successful candidate will manage the SAP training project, including creation of high quality training documentation, the planning of the delivery and managing the resources through the training delivery rollout. . Will be well experienced in the management of large SAP Training Projects and will have excellent relationship building skills to accompany your organizational and SAP understanding. . Spanish language skills a definite plus for this role and experience managing global FMCG SAP Training Projects . Proven experience in global training programme implementation and management . Experience defining and implementing global SAP Training strategy and experience working with the Change Management Team . Excellent Project Management skills Good Negotiation skills Experience of leading International teams of SAP learning consultants . Conducting Training Needs Analysis - training strategy definition, training plan development, training curriculum design, managing development and delivery of training content . Experience in using ERP rollout tools such as SAP Productivity Pack, UPerform, STT etc .
