[email protected] *Position: Network/Support Engineer with Cisco product **AND **Vmware/ESX and Vmware server **experience* *Location: San Jose, CA* *Length: 6 months * * * *Timing: 4 pm to 12 am (evening shift)* * * * * *DESCRIPTION:* *Network/Support Engineer* *with Cisco product (Routing and Switching) AND Vmware/ESX and Vmware server experience** *as a member of a team that ensures e-Learning lab support. Involves day-to-day operations of lab infrastructure and network as well. This is a long-term assignment. *SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: * * * - Hands-on Cisco product experience. - Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience - Familiarity with the following: o Experience/knowledge of VMware/ESX and VMware server o Strong troubleshooting skills o Cisco IOS command set o Cisco catalyst switches o Implementation of VLAN's, routing (including BGP and OSPF) o Knowledge of RAID and storage o Knowledge/experience of Cisco VoIP technologies o Basic knowledge of Cisco routers interface configuration o Coordination, logistics, project management and technical skills networking, servers, Cisco products. - Highly motivated energetic and flexible individual - Sense of urgency to keep labs live & running - Team-player working effectively in a fast-paced, extremely dynamic, global high-tech environment. - Ability to work in an interrupt driven environment. - CCNA Certification -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "KNOW.IT" group.
