Rate: $30/hr on c2c
MUST HAVE VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS - Any lead experience would be good
Must have Online Banking / Customer Interface / Web Application experience
(Agile environment)

Required Skills
* 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience - must understand the
complete QA Testing Lifecycle
* Needs to have Banking industry experience
* Reviewing of business requirement, design documentation for
completeness and testability
* Test Case Management Creating, executing, and managing test cases
with or without business requirements/design docs
* Defect Management: Entering and managing defects to completion
* Risk Management: Demonstrated ability to shape risk based testing
approaches/plans
* Tools: Deep experience with automated Tools like Quality Center,
QTP, LoadRunner (at least 5+ years)
* Ability to write and analyze test reports across a broad audience
* Installs and builds
* Ability to present recommendations to a senior audience
