Candidate should have experience in the testing, defect reporting, and
resolution process using a tracking tool such as Collabnet or HP Quality
Center. Additional preference is given to individuals with test automation
scripting or testing software experience. Also desirable are individuals
with exposure to financial or investment systems, specifically investment
accounting systems (Eagle STAR, PAM, Camra, Portia, etc.) and/or data
warehouse/repository solutions (e.g. Eagle PACE).

Required skills and responsibilities:

1. The development of detailed test cases to ensure high quality solutions
are delivered.
2. Ability to communicate with developers and business analysts to solve
problems.
3. High attention to detail and software defect detection.
4. Ability to use SQL, Excel or other analytic tools for testing analysis.
5. Management of time and provide estimates for testing software components.
6. Ability to comment on test case validity and recommend additional testing
where appropriate.
7. Ongoing status reporting of key metrics and time estimates.
