Requirement Details:
* App Dev projects where they are launching services that are being
built on their main platform (Java/J2EE, spring hibernate).
* Strong experience at least 8+ years in Java / J2EE, Spring,
Hibernate, JBPM (JBoss Business Process Management is a plus)
* Each small project within a larger project might last anywhere from
a few weeks to up to 3 months
* The successful candidate will be very process oriented - able to
work easily in a very dynamic environment.

Position 2
Title: Sr. JAVA/J2EE, Hibernate and Spring developers (Expert level)
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 1 year plus
Requirement Details:
Sr. JAVA/J2EE, Hibernate and Spring developers (Expert level)
Candidates should be extremely strong developers.
MUST be very process oriented
The whole environment is Java Spring Hibernate Oracle. However the JAVA,
Spring Hibernate and Process Orientation is an absolute must. The other
skills are nice to have.
Senior Software Engineers are expected to have significant technical depth.
The following technical skills are required. They must have excellent Java
development skills (design and coding), knowledge of and experience with
Analysis and Design Patterns, J2EE, plus experience using UML (Unified
Modeling Language) and WebLogic. In addition, prior experience creating
systems in an Oracle environment is a significant plus.

Position 3
Job Title: Web Developer
Location : Englewood, CO
Duration: 6 months
Software skills requested:
. Responsible for the development and design of web applications
and components. Design, code, test, and implement web sites and
applications, for either internal or external uses.
. Troubleshoot and resolve issues surrounding performance,
response times, capacity and system limitations.
. Responsible for creating and modifying documentation
corresponding to websites.
. May collaborate with internal business partners, internal
technology resources (database, system, networking) and with external
vendors.
. Maintain and update websites and ensure data quality, integrity
and consistency across organization.
. Requires both front-end (GUI) and back-end development
experience. 3-5 years of prior web development experience is required.
. The application is currently in use in over 2 dozen countries,
and supports 16 languages.
. The system is a 3-tier system running on Jetty, using Oracle as
the main data store.
. The application relies heavily on Tapestry, Hibernate, and
Spring technologies, with heavy use of Ajax.
. Additionally, test-driven development is used, so experience
with that coding technique and the above listed technologies are required
for success.
. The application is currently deployed, but additional resources
are required to assist in stabilizing the system, troubleshooting current
performance and functionality based issues.
. Future work will include the development of additional features
and funcionality, such as support for agents in countries that require
special handling.
. There are currently 7 other US based senior developers and
architectrs working on the application, as well as a team in Ireland and one
in India working on the application.
. These individuals will be expected to collaborate with others as
required. While no on-call is anticipated, it may be necessary to coordinate
schedules from time to time to facilitate cross-border team communications.
. The successful candidate will be self-driven to learning - and
individual that is open and challenging, and not afraid to dig in and learn
new things. This position will require a good deal of troubleshooting while
learning new interfaces, terminologies, and techniques.
