Takes the initiative for establishing a comprehensive understanding of the application under test and all associated business processes 3. Facilitates open communication between all groups responsible for testing activities as well as those interacting with testing personnel 4. Works closely with IT groups, project management, and other QA analysts to identify, investigate, and recommend test strategy, coverage, and test case execution resources 5. Develops comprehensive test plans, test summary reports, and test cases 6. Assists the project team to track defects to resolution through HP Quality Center ** * * *Required Experience: * *1. 5+ years of Life, Annuity or Financial industry testing experience * *2. Technical background, knowledge of mainframe Quality Center or test automation tools is a plus * 3. Knowledge of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies 4. Clear and concise oral and written communication skills, able to lead meetings 5. Proven analytical skills 6. College degree * * *Additional Experience: * 1 . Experience with Anti Money Laundering testing. 2.
