Position : Business Analyst Location : NY Duration : 4 + months Rate : $45/hr Under general direction of the Manager, Project Manager, or Lead Systems Analyst, studies, analyzes, designs, programs, tests, documents, and implements approved systems used by the organization. Normally works with minimal supervision. May guide other Analysts in the completion of projects. Responsible for the definition and maintenance of the company’s Data Resources in a consistent, accurate and timely fashion. Supports project and enhancement activities required to design, implement, access, and maintain the data in custom applications. Essential Assignment Functions: (Main functions of this role. Please be descriptive.) 1. Designs, tests, documents, and implements systems. Solicits approval. 40% 2. Performs Data mapping and creates technical specifications for custom application development, modification and enhancement. 20% 3. Participates in the analytical and design procedures involved with major systems. 20% 4. Plans cross-functional projects effectively. 10% 5. Assumes responsibility for special projects as requested. 10% * Other duties as required.
