*Location: *Richmond, VA *Rate Range: *$40.00 corp to corp *Candidates selected for this opportunity will need to meet our customer’s standard Credit Criteria. I will provide details on the credit guidelines for this customer if interested in moving forward.* Responsible for the fundamental organization of a system embodied in its components, their relationships to each other and to the environment, and the principles guiding its design and evolution. *Data Modeler:* Develops the logical data model (LDM) and assists the DBA in developing the physical data model (PDM). Facilitates JAD sessions to determine data rules, and holds LDM and PDM Reviews with Data SMEs. Applies Capital OneData Naming Standards, checks models in and out of Model Repository, and documents data model translation decisions. Includes use of data profiling tools and techniques, and development of review and QA data requirements. - 3-5 years experience with Financial Services clients - Works substantially with little supervision or oversight to deliver key milestones - 2-3 years prior data analyst experience preferred - Logical Design Demonstrated ability to solve for multiple business solutions - Demonstrated experience with several platforms - Exposure to Zachman or RUP framework - Data Modeling Tools Demonstrated ability with 2-3 tools - Ability to deliver highly technical information to a broader audience beyond the team lead while influencing within the team - Financial Services Modeling experience needed - Banking Modeling experience preferred - Exposure to working with third parties and suppliers preferred - Knowlege of Erwin Modeling tool needed - Knowlege of SQL Server & Oracle Preferred - Knowlege of SOA and experience of RTM Modeling preferred -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "KNOW.IT" group.
