Managing staff with 2-4 years experience in test scripts automation using Rational Functional Tester (or other test tools) 2. Managing staff with 2-4 years experience in writing and executing test scripts 3. Managing staff with 2-4 years experience in Siebel CRM v8 4. Managing staff with 2-4 years experience in ClearQuest and RQM 6. Managing staff with 2-4 years experience in testing related activities (including SIT, Regression Testing, Performance Testing UAT, and Deployment.) 7. Experience with test script development in Siebel 8.0 DESIRABLE Experience: 1. Experience in leading remote test teams 2. Experience managing project delivery (including testing, deployment, and support/maintenance) 3.
