*TIBCO Architect*
*Qualifications:*
*· *First class Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science
preferred) from a reputed university with a good background of software
development and IT experience of around 8 years.
*Domain / Technical *
*· *Has worked as a TIBCO architect at least in 2-3 large size
projects end to end experience in said technologies and BPM / EAI projects
*· *Good understanding of software development life cycle and
Agile/iterative methodology
*· *Understanding of documentation standards, templates and
guidelines used for documentation in *BPM projects *preferably TIBCO
*· *Prior experience in offshore-onshore development/maintenance
projects
*· *Ability to perform technical analysis, design and identify
impacts (functional/technical)
*· *Understanding of TIBCO administration parameters for performance
tuning
*· *Exposure to current product releases and new features therein in
TIBCO Tool stack
*· *Experience with building or using standard frameworks,
understanding of design patterns, Knowledge of performance & security
aspects for an EAI / BPM design.
*· *Understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
or Zachman
*· *Understanding of Service Oriented architecture concepts and ESB,
BPEL, BPM, Message Oriented Middleware
*· *Knowledge of sizing and capacity planning.
*· *Should be able to provide trainings in the TIBCO tech stack
*· *Technical competency in the following:
Proficiency & varied experience in J2EE
Web services, SOAP 1.1/1.2, UDDI, WS-Security etc.
Proven skills in TIBCO RV, EMS, Business Works, BW Workflow, Portal
Builder, Business Connect, adapters, General Interface, Active Matrix Suite,
iProcess Suite, Business events, Business Factor *AND /* *OR Equivalent
products such as Oracle BPM*.
Skills in TIBCO Spotfire and CIM would be added advantage
Usage / development of estimation models used in TIBCO tech stack
