*Business Analyst in either Naples, FL, or Atlanta, GA.* *This is also a 2 mos. plus project with an immediate availability. * *General Description >>* The Business Analyst will act as the interface between internal teams and the customer to elicit and document customer needs for the client’s’ business services and solutions. *core responsibilities >>* § Facilitating meetings with key project stakeholders to understand customer’s business needs, goals and objectives. § Translating stakeholder requirements into functional Use Case documents, maintaining traceability between requirements and Use Cases. § Documenting Functional Requirements (FRDs) and Non-Functional Requirements where applicable. Modifying Business Requirement Documents (BRD) if required. § Translating of architect-defined technical requirements into non-functional Use Case documents, maintaining traceability between requirements and Use Cases. § Act as the liaison between the technical delivery team and the customer to communicate requirements and develop solutions. § Capturing detailed solution configuration parameters and custom requirements in the form of use cases. § Collaborating with Quality Assurance to define acceptance criteria and ensure traceability. *In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:* § Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, and performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures. § Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments. § All other duties as assigned *basic Qualifications >>* § Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or closely related discipline or equivalent experience. § Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with track record of delivering business process requirements and use cases. § Demonstrated experience in leading elicitation of customer needs and requirements. § Experience and understanding of developing use cases, use case model, supplementary requirements, and business rules. § Basic understanding and experience developing BRDs and FRDs. § Familiarity with technology processes and demonstrated ability to map short- and long-term customer needs to technology solutions. § Demonstrated ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously. § Familiarity with XML. § Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. § Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel effectively. *Preferred Qualifications >>* § Experience with business systems analysis, documentation and testing using Web and XML technologies. § Experience with social networking products and SaaS delivery model. § Experience using Microsoft Visio and MS Project. *Reporting relationship and Location >>* § This position will report to the Vice President of Customer Experience.
