The client was earlier looking for Ruby on Rail candidates but since its
been difficult to find suitable candidates, they have modified the
requirement to as shown below.
Any RoR (Ruby on Rail) experience will be a plus though but it is not
mandatory.
Good web developers from Java or .Net side with knowledge on the following.
1. Web development skills
i. HTML/CSS
ii. Javascript
iii. Ajax
2. REST
3. XML – Strong XML skills with knowledge in the entire XML toolbox
especially XSLT is important
