To be even more specific, I have the following: Search bar is English and also top link Log in to your account. News is Dutch (with the patch I submitted). Login to your account (next to news) is also Dutch. Selected language is also Dutch in the language bar. In summary, top of the screen is English, everything below is Dutch.
