Thx Alex for clearing this up! In this case I really think we should default to
no, like we do for other external services like Covers, Hea etc.

I see the file attached. What could be a good way to provide that information
to the users interested in Mana? 

We could update the wiki page:
https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Mana_central_database. Adding the
information to the manual might also be good.
