When doing ILL it would be nice if you could enter the due date when you
checked out the item. So the suggestion is an option in the circ matrix that
lets you say 'ask for due date when checking out' so that when you scan an item
of that type it prompts you for the due date.
You can specify due date now, but you have to enter it before you scan the
barcode because the barcode scanner clicks 'check out' so this would solve this
problem for items that have varying check out lengths.
