To access your browser developer tools (either Google Chrome/Chromium or Firefox) (if you are using Edge or Safari, I'm not sure): 1. Firefox: . Menu icon (the hamburger menu to the far right) > More tools > Web developer tools) . Select the Console tab, hard refresh a record page in the staff interface. . Result: There should be some output in the console tab 2. Similar for Google Chrome/Chromium: .
