Most of those are URL paths and such like. The only exception I can think of
(though there are probably others) is the XSLT, and that is designed to be user
editable.

Well, it's a preference for where your things get uploaded on the server, it's
not something that's likely to change during normal configuration I think. And
it's pointless being exposed to library staff as they're typically not
sysadmins.
