We have a library headquarters location defined (with a small circulating professional collection) and reports are written by RCLSHQ staff only. We're nearing on 300+ reports in our prod server, and many of them are Admin or Annual State reports that don't concern our member libraries. This bug will keep the reports module clean and useful for library staff while still keeping admin reports available to admins. We're also looking forward to creating pre-baked parameter reports that can be emailed via cron. With 46 member libraries, offering these will exponentially balloon our reports library.
