A small warning icon appears in the patron edit form under these circumstances:
1. In Administration -> Patron categories, limit
a patron category to a single library.
2. Switch to that library and locate a patron in
that category. Copy the card number.
3. Switch to different library and search for the
patron by card number.
4. Edit the patron.
5. Scroll down to the "Library management" section.
You should see a warning icon next to the
category. Hovering your mouse over the icon
should trigger a tooltip with some text. See
attached screenshot.
We should use a standard "hint" to display this information so that the user
doesn't have to interact with a small target to trigger a tooltip.
