To test, apply the patch and go to Administration -> Patron categories. - Edit a patron category to lmit it to a single library. - Switch to that library and locate a patron in that category. Copy the card number. - Switch to different library and search for the patron by card number. - Edit the patron. - Scroll down to the "Library management" section. Under the category dropdown you should see a "hint" style div with the library limitation warning.
