I'm not sure what you mean by this. Would the feature allow you to look up a matching authority from a 1XX or 6XX field and fill its matching ID number into the $9 subfield? The advanced editor doesn't do anything like that, all the editor plugins and lookup features are in the basic editor, so it might be challenging. You may be able to accomplish something similar with settings like AutoLinkBiblios, CatalogModuleRelink, and LinkerRelink which all deal with automatically linking fields to authorities. In any case, it is likely a different enough feature that it requires a new feature request.
