I ran a few tests in a sandbox, and it seems to work as intended. However, I have some questions about system permissions and preferences: I understand that - there is no specific permission - any librarian will be able to create these "staff only" lists if the "virtualshelves" preference is enabled. Is that correct? If so, I think we should modify the description of "virtualshelves" to reflect this new behavior. In our proposal we had considered adding more granularity to "virtualshelves" to allow or disallow the creation of "staff only" lists, but I’m not sure if there’s consensus on that. Do you think that's a necessity?
